Terms of Service
These draft terms describe the expected relationship between BarberU, students, barbers, and professional businesses.
Marketplace role
BarberU helps people discover and contact individual barbers. BarberU is not the barber, employer, shop, payment processor, or scheduling provider for an external booking.
Profiles and content
Users must provide accurate information, have permission to upload portfolio work, and avoid misleading claims. Verification labels represent separate Barber and Student checks and must not be treated as guarantees of service quality.
Reviews
Reviews must describe genuine experiences with the individual barber, remain respectful, and avoid private or unsafe information. BarberU may moderate, reject, or remove content under the Community Guidelines.
Accounts and enforcement
BarberU may place profiles in draft, pending, approved, rejected, or suspended status. Final appeal, termination, and dispute terms require legal review.
